REFLECT - How we start the coaching process. Stepping back and reflecting on what your real challenges are helps you identify a starting point to grow from. Frustration occurs when our actions, words and intentions are not aligning in meaningful ways. It clouds our ability to take action to meet our objectives. This leads to stress and exhaustion which adds to our confusion.

COACHING - starts with reflecting on the real challenges that are present for you and WHY they are important to resolve

REFRAME - What motivates you and WHY? The next step in the coaching process helps you see your challenge clearly and begin to understand what really drives you to make change. It begins the process of aligning your values, ideas and language to find the momentum to take action. As this is happening you will feel the frustration begin to dissolve and confusion start to clear.

COACHING - helps you shape a river from the flood of emotions and ideas that have caused you stress to flow around objects that stand in your way.

TAKE ACTION - Mapping out the HOW. Once you are clear on your challenges and motivations the path forward begins to take shape. Strategically planning the best course of action and defining resources and supports to help you move forward start to fall into place. This process helps lift the fog, ease the pressure and encourage confidence to take the next steps.

COACHING - Start where you are at! It may take several steps in different directions before the total path becomes clear but using your inner guidance and wisdom with the direction of coaching can make those actions more intentional and effective
