My Holistic Approach

As both a Personal Development Coach and Massage Therapist my goal is to enhance the body’s natural healing ability, feel calm, get clear and focused, and move more freely to optimize health. I believe in EDUCATION, EXPERTISE and SUPPORTING my clients through each step of their journey.

The foundation of my approach centres around three pillars of health: movement, mindset & mental fitness coaching, building resilience through mastering your mind/body connection. Based on science, therapeutic research, and over 25 years of treating and coaching clients, I have combined the essential components required to reduce stress, enhance healing, and improve mindset, which together improve brain function and our whole body experience.


Stress Reduction is the Goal

Reduce the effects of negative stress on your body and mind, and you will experience profound changes to your overall health and mindset. How does calm feel to you?

Learn to identify your stress triggers and how they affect your body. Develop strategies to manage your body’s stress response, and you will begin to feel alive, in control, and calm again. Everyone experiences stress differently, but internally the physiological and biochemical impact of stress is expressed in similar ways. We feel muscle tension and pain, anxiousness and confusion, our breathing becomes shallow, and our stress hormones become elevated.

Daily habits and behaviours can keep us stuck. If you are ready to make some changes for more favourable outcomes I focus on ‘BODY UP’ strategies to help you develop lasting change. Identify the blocks that are habitually holding you back to feel, move and think better.

How we move is a direct reflection of how we feel and express ourselves. Embodiment coaching helps you learn to feel and move in alignment with how you want to be in life. Movement is the quickest way to access our nervous system and change our state. This gives you access to better thoughts, confidence and clarity.
